Most programs guess. We start with data.
Your primary care doctor checks boxes on a standard panel. When the numbers land in the "normal" range, the visit ends. But "normal" just means you're not in crisis — it doesn't mean you're fine.
Generic health programs go the other way. They sell a template — eat this, move like that, take these supplements — without ever looking at what's actually happening in your body.
LMNL sits between them. A 68-marker panel that shows the full picture. A structured 16-week program built around what the data says about you, specifically. And a practitioner who will actually look — not check boxes.

My curiosity about the gap between "normal labs" and how people actually feel started with someone close to me. They took restriction and cardio too far and got sick — despite every doctor telling them they were fine. That made me want to figure out what the hell was going on.
Years later, I lived that gap myself. I'd been an athlete my whole life, but deep into a career in tech I slowed down, got comfortable, and then was always uncomfortable — heavier than I wanted to be, exhausted, missing out on life. I clawed my way back, hit a wall, pushed harder, and burnt out. That's when I stopped trying to figure it out alone and finally learned the principles that actually mattered — habits that serve me for life, not ones that break me to get there. I've been coaching for 11 years, and I'm a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).
The deeper thing I learned: most people don't take care of themselves because they don't feel they're worth their own time. That was me, too. You can't keep pouring into work, into everyone else, into your own expectations, and never refill the cup. Now I work with busy adults on the same thing — repairing metabolic function through principle-based habits, lifestyle, and nutrition. The stuff I wish I'd had.
