Terms of Service
1. Who you're agreeing with
These terms form an agreement between you and Keagan Barnes LLC ("LMNL Health," "we," "us," or "our"), a California limited liability company.
By using this website (lmnlhealth.com), submitting the symptom quiz, enrolling in the Metabolic Alignment Protocol (MAP), or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the services.
2. What we do
LMNL Health is a 1:1 health coaching practice. We offer:
- Educational content on this website and in our resource library
- The Metabolic Alignment Protocol (MAP) — a 16-week, 1:1 coaching program with scheduled calls, messaging access, and full lab work (billed as a one-time fee)
- Lab ordering through the LMNL Rupa LabShop, a separate platform operated by Rupa Health
We are a coaching practice. We do not provide medical care. See Section 5 below.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use our services.
4. Your account and information
When you enroll in MAP or the symptom quiz, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. If we discover that information is materially false, we may suspend or terminate your access.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials (for Everfit, Rupa, or any platform you use to access our services) confidential. You're also responsible for activity that happens under your account.
5. Not medical care — read this
LMNL Health is not a medical practice. Keagan Barnes is a Metabolic Health Coach, not a licensed medical provider. Nothing about our services — the website, the quiz, coaching calls, lab reviews, protocols, written guides, or email communications — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a prescription.
- We do not diagnose or treat any disease or medical condition.
- We do not prescribe medication.
- We do not replace your physician, specialist, or any other licensed provider.
- We do not order or interpret labs as a medical provider. Labs ordered through our LabShop go through Rupa Health's partner physician network.
You agree to:
- Consult your physician before starting, stopping, or changing any medication, supplement, diet, or exercise program based on our services.
- Not delay or avoid seeking medical care because of something we told you or something you read on our website.
- Call 911 or go to the nearest ER in a medical emergency. Do not wait to contact us.

6. No guarantees
Health is individual. We'll give you our best thinking, based on the data and the conversation. We don't — and can't — guarantee specific outcomes. Two people with similar labs can respond differently to the same plan. You take responsibility for your own decisions and your own results.
7. Payment, pricing, and billing
Current pricing (subject to change on notice):
- MAP: $3,950, one-time, via Stripe.
Payment processing. All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card information is handled by Stripe, not by us. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.
Financing. Third-party financing (Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna) is available through Stripe. Those arrangements are between you and the financing provider — we don't control the terms or your obligations to them.
Taxes. Prices do not include sales tax. You're responsible for any applicable taxes.
8. Cancellations, refunds, and what happens after
MAP:
- MAP is a high-touch, committed program, and payment is non-refundable from the point of signature and payment.
- Exceptional circumstances (a serious medical event, a major life disruption, or another significant hardship) may be handled case-by-case at our discretion. Contact keagan@lmnlhealth.com if you find yourself in that situation.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in the LMNL Resource Library (educational guides, protocols, training programs, videos, written materials) is owned by Keagan Barnes LLC. You're granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use this content for your own health — not to redistribute, resell, publish, or use it commercially.
Feedback you share about our services may be used by us (including in testimonials or marketing) in anonymized form. If we want to use anything attributable to you, we'll ask first.
10. Your content
If you share content with us — messages, photos, forms, voice notes, notes during calls — you retain ownership of it. You grant us a limited license to use that content strictly to deliver your services. We don't use client content for marketing without explicit permission.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for anything illegal.
- Misrepresent your identity, age, or medical situation in ways that put you or us at risk.
- Share your account credentials with others.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute our content.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse us, our partners, or other clients.
We reserve the right to terminate services for violations of this section, and to refuse service at our discretion.
12. Third-party services
Our services depend on third-party platforms, including Stripe, Rupa Health, GoHighLevel, Everfit, Mailgun, Google Workspace, Plausible, and Netlify. We choose these providers carefully but we don't control them. We're not responsible for their availability, their terms changes, or issues with their services. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.
If you work with a medical partner through the Medical Partner Coordination process, your clinical relationship with that provider is separate from your coaching relationship with us. We're not a party to that clinical relationship and are not responsible for the medical care provided.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by California law:
- Our services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
None of this limits liability for things California law doesn't allow us to limit — gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or certain personal-injury claims.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keagan Barnes LLC, Keagan Barnes personally, and anyone acting on our behalf, from any claim arising out of:
- Your breach of these terms.
- Your misuse of our services.
- Your failure to seek or follow medical care when you should have.
- Your sharing of our content in violation of Section 9.
15. Termination
We can terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or for conduct that puts other clients, our partners, or the business at risk. On termination:
- Access to active coaching, messaging, and content ends.
- You remain responsible for fees incurred before termination.
- Sections that should survive by their nature (Sections 5, 9, 10, 13, 14, 16, 17) survive termination.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If we have a dispute, we agree to first try to resolve it informally. Send a written notice to keagan@lmnlhealth.com describing the issue. We'll respond within 30 days and try to work it out in good faith.
If we can't resolve it, the dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California. You and we each consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We are not agreeing to arbitration in these terms. Small claims cases can be brought in small claims court in the same jurisdiction.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If the change is material, we'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date and, where we have your email, notify you. Continued use of the services after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you don't agree, stop using the services.
18. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Medical Disclaimer, are the complete agreement between you and us regarding the services.
- Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
- No waiver. Not enforcing a right here doesn't waive it later.
- Assignment. You can't assign your rights under these terms. We can assign ours in connection with a sale of the business.
- No agency. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.
